Mávil, San Pedro Sac., San Marcos, Octubre de 2018
To Pastor David Koo Lee
Korean Baptist Church.
I write to you in the Name that is over every name asking for God´s grace for your life as you work for His kingdom.
I want you to know that next week I am going to be at a Baptist Convention where we are going to be presented as a New Baptist Church.
We have gotten our electric service but we are planning to ask for our water service. It is a little expensive but God will provide.
At the end of this year we are going to have our BVS and a special service because of our four years being as a church.
Bother Carlos joined us about six months ago and now he is working with us as a deacon. He is special and a good worker. Please pray in favor of him. He has three daughters that are unbelievers. We are planning to open a time of prayer in his house.
Two sisters are going to be baptized next month 18th. They are sister María and Sister Kimberly. Brother Oxini is thinking about being baptized at this time or not, please pray for him.
We are making our platform and then we are going to paint the church building. We are thinking which color to use.
I have prayed to ask for a place to start a new mission land. San Antonio Sacatepéquez has been elected and I will visit that place. There there is no a Baptist Church. I am praying to ask God to confirm if this is the place to work. San Antonio is about 10 kilometers from our house.
Thanks for the opportunity you gave me to start a church. I accept that at the beginning I did not want to, but God has been good with me.
When I see our church building my heart feels joy because it is something that I could not do by myself. Thank you so much. It has not been very difficult, and I have been delighted everything that has happened during this precious time.
Thank you for your prayers too. They have helped me not to swoon. There have been difficult times, specially economically. I need economic stability. Next year, tuition for my daughters will be more expensive. I cannot provide sufficiently for my family. My mother has been providing us with meals. I am thinking about a kind of business or something to have time to work for the church and to provide for my family. I am not trying to ask you more money. I would like to have a solution to provide. I know you are praying and thanks for that.
Thank you for reading this letter. It has helped me to write it. Thank you for the support that you are sending this October. It helps us more than you can imagine. God may pay you every dollar that you have provided.
Please, say hello to your wife, to your church, to Mrs. Sang, Bok and his family.
I write you in Christ´s love,
Andrés Orozco
